About the Instructor:

Patsy Wyman grew up on a farm in central Michigan where pickling, canning, freezing, drying, and fermenting foods was a part of life.  She later went on to receive a Masters of Plant Physiology from the University of North Carolina and worked for many years as a chef and culinary instructor.
