Learn to make your own stone-like hypertufa trough planter in this fun hands-on workshop (a Fernwood tradition started by our founder, Kay Boydston). Hypertufa is created from a mix of cement and organic materials and can be molded into a variety of container shapes ideal for planting an array of plants, from succulents to alphines and dwarf conifers. Each participant will leave with one trough container to be cured at home for 2-3 weeks before unmolding. All materials provided.
