Mid-Week Movement Meditation
Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00 pm, beginning May 8
A gentle evening flow invites students to move their breath through the body while surrounded by nature. This slower flow will allow for focus on alignment and breath power. The practice will end with a short guided meditation - awakening the five senses to take in all the beauty that surrounds us right here at Fernwood. Practice will take place outside - weather permitting. Modifications and progressions will be provided for all levels - newcomers and yogis all welcome!
Audience: Teen-Adults
Suggested items to bring: Water, yoga mat, towel, sunscreen
Location: Fernwood Grounds, Clark Gallery (in case of inclement weather)
Cost: $15 ($12 members)
