NEW YEAR WINTER NATURE RETREAT

Join us for a special reflective event as we acknowledge the unprecedented nature of what we've been through while casting a hopeful eye to the future in 2022. 

Following gentle movement and guidance for your sensory walk, we will end with a seasonal reflective meditation in constructive rest. In addition to the three hour Mindfulness in Nature program, you will be given a bonus gift!
